Registration & Cost

Participation in the WEA General Assembly is by-invitation only and those whose participation has been confirmed receive a personalized registration code with the link to the registration portal.

If you have been confirmed as a participant of a delegation but have not yet received your registration code, please contact us at [email protected]

If you would like to be invited to the WEA GA but do not currently belong to any delegation, you may contact us at [email protected] with your request. Please provide us with information about yourself, the organization you represent and why you would like to attend the WEA GA.

Registration Cost

Regular Registration (shared room):          US$700 / participant
Regular Registration (single room):            US$1,000 / participant
Regular Registration (couple package):      US$1,000 / couple*

*includes double room booking and all meals covered for participant & spouse for the duration of the event.

Your participation in the GA includes:

  • accommodation from November 7-13, 2019 in hotels near the conference venue
  • meals throughout the GA (except Sunday lunch & dinner)
  • local transportation from the airport to the hotels and daily from the hotels to the venue and back
  • access to all sessions, workshops, exhibit and other program elements
  • your registration fee also enables us to provide a limited number of scholarships for participants from less affluent nations
